Day 1 : Cochin

Day 2 : Cochin
Post breakfast leave for the local fish and spice market. Learn how to buy that fresh fish for your kitchen. Enjoy Kerala cuisines at lunch. Then get ready for a hands-on cooking demonstration on Malayali cuisine.
Day 3 : Periyar
Periyar LakeAfter breakfast, head towards Periyar. After arrival check-in at hotel. relax. Visit Periyar Lake in the evening and enjoy boat safari ride. Then, get back to hotel for another cooking demonstration on fresh spices by chefs. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4 : Periyar
Post breakfast visit the kitchen area of the hotel and know the regional spices used in Kerala. Attend hands-on lessons on cooking using fresh spices in the afternoon. Night at hotel.
Day 5 : Cochin
